Coordenadas biográficas
Nací en
Argentina en 1952 y emigré a Israel en 1972. Recientemente me radiqué en
Florianópolis, Brasil, junto con mi hijo.
Soy artista
plástica e ilustradora, habiendo participado en más de 50 exposiciones en
Israel y en el mundo. Soy poeta en español y en hebreo.
Ejerzo de profesora
de Artes Plásticas, Chikong, Meditación
y Español.
Mi camino
espiritual
Durante los
últimos 25 años he iniciado un camino espiritual a través de una reflexión
sobre el proceso creativo y he realizado estudios formales de Budismo. Practico
y enseño como profesora diplomada en Meditación Budista y Chikong, un arte
marcial china de más de 4000 años, en su versión de armonía interior- cuerpo- mente y alma.
Formación
artística
Estudié Arte
en la Academia de Bellas Artes de Florencia, Italia como también en los
talleres de los más destacados pintores en Israel como así también pintura
japonesa con Akemi Lukas e Ishii Katsuo. Asimismo viajé a la India para
formarme en el campo de la pintura budista sagrada.
Formación
académica
Graduada en
Literatura Española por la Universidad Hebrea de Jerusalén. Postgrado en
Ciencias de la Información de la Universidad de Haifa.
M.Ed. en
Educación Linguística en sociedades multiculturales, del Instituto Levinsky del
Profesorado en Tel Aviv. Mi proyecto de investigación trata sobre las
relaciones entre el ejército y la sociedad civil en Israel, desde el
ciberdiscurso.
Mi creación
plástica
En mi
trabajo pictórico en acuarelas, gouache, pastel, lápiz, collages y acrílicos
revelo un camino interior y silencioso hacia lo esencial, renunciando a la
anécdota y al virtuosismo.
Indago la
figura humana y especialmente el cuerpo femenino como paisaje y escenario del
dolor y la plenitud. En mi arte la imagen de la mujer juega un rol central. Durante
los últimos años me interesa pintar diosas, alquimistas y transgresoras. Son
retratos de libre composición en gouache y técnicas mixtas y también arte
digital en blanco y negro.
Plasmo mi
día a día en paisajes inmediatos donde la fauna tiene una presencia importante.
Trabajo en acuarela (representación de la energía etérea, Jing) y el gouache (la
energía densa, Yang). Esta labor dual me permite una armonía interior entre
ambos elementos de la vida.
Trabajo en
collages y acrílicos que dialogan con textos sagrados del cristianismo,
budismo, judaísmo y budismo como así también de mitologías antiguas.
Poesía
Mi poesía
fue publicada, premiada, antologada y traducida al inglés, hebreo, francés,
portugués, italiano, alemán, mixteca, chino, serbio, tamil y sueco. Autora de
catorce poemarios que publico en internet, para el acceso de todos los lectores
en español: Anfibia, Monólogo en la arena, Libro de las horas lejanas, Body
Art, Revisión de los amores, El abrazo de la diosa , Rios y penumbras, Homenaje
a la caligrafia efimera, Zona, Movilización, Secuencias, Pausa y
Paradero. Asimismo soy autora de dos poemarios en hebreo, inéditos:
Orillas y Antes del viaje.
Esribo
haikus en español y en hebreo.
Cuento con
un poemario publicado por Letralia que se llama Cuerpo mediterráneo y
una antología bilingüe de mi obra poética (en español y en rumano), Zona.
Traduzco
poesía del hebreo, inglés y portugués al español.
Participé
en diversos encuentros poéticos internacionales ; escribo y publico artículos
literarios.
Enseñanza
de creatividad
En mi
escritura reflejo las voces de un mandala interior en busca de armonía y
equilibrio como única supervivencia posible en este presente excesivo,
encandilante y luctuoso.
Soy socia
fundadora de Arteria, colectivo de pintores israelíes de origen
latinoamericano.
Dirijo
talleres de escritura, artes plásticas y desbloqueo creativo. Las vivencias en
el curso se focalizan en el estímulo del hemisferio cerebral derecho y la plena
atencion en el presente. Mi enfoque se basa en la escritura y la expresion
plástica como medio para el autodescubrimiento y la potencialización de
nuestras capacidades, especialmente en colectivos de mujeres.
Fui
Presidenta de la Asociación Israelí de Escritores en Castellano.
Trabajé en
proyectos de voluntariado especialmente en el tema de la inmigración
documentada e indocumentada.
Entre mis
proyectos: la creación de una colección permanente de testimonios de memoria y
migración y el primer centro internacional de traducción literaria recíproca
(ver blogs).

I was born in Argentina in 1952 and emigrated to Israel in 1972 .
I’m deeply interested in non-hegemonical literature- mainly present poetry.
For the last three decades, I have been studying Taoism and Buddhism and became a Meditation and Qigong practitioner and teacher. I traveled to India and learned Buddhist Sacred painting. I practice and learn Japanese painting, Sumi- e and write haiku and my own free poetry.
I hold a degree in Spanish and Latin-American Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Graduate Certificate in Librarianship from Haifa University .
M.Ed. degree on Linguistic Education in Multicultural Societies at the Levinsky College of Education , focusing my research project on Israeli social cyberdiscourse about the relationships between civility and the IAF.
Recently my son and I settled in Florianopolis, Brazil.
Art
I am an active artist.
I search through my art spiritual paths. I'm deeply committed to the human figure and for the last three decades, I've been working on the women's image in Earth's Cultures.
I had many shows- more than 50 solo and group- and ilustrate poetry and narrative books and literary reviews.
I have issued a project which I call The Goddess Embrace : I produce collages that generate poems. The process is revealing and it takes the inverse way I usually go as an illustrator .
I have been working on a series of works on Telenovelas- Hispanic soap operas- as the trigger of a wider question on love stories. Stemming from this, I have written a series of poems- both in Spanish and English. Through my reading of love stories, I reflect upon postmodernism, virtuality, the shelter of impossibility and other possible worlds.
I am deeply focused on the Migration and Multicultural dialogue both in my poetry, my art and my literary research.
I was the co-founder of Arteria, a group of Israeli artists born in Latin America.
Presently I am painting watercolors and gouache as two aspects of my whole: watercolour to express the subtle Jin energy, and gouache, the dense energy, Yang. This is my way to embrace harmony within.
Simultaneously, I am documenting the scenes I meet in my own environment and the edge between soil and concrete- both in art and poetry writing. The overall idea is grasping the world at the best of the human race through traditional arts and yet, trying to leave a mark of my own humble invisible steps in a local realm.
Through the last 20 years I am focused on the female image and launched a series of Goddesses, Alchemists and Transgressors both in gouache and mixed media and in poetry.
Poetry
I was the President of the Israeli Association of Spanish Writers.
I write Poetry- widely published and anthologized throughout the three Americas, Europe and Israel.
I have written 14 Poetry books in Spanish and 2 in Hebrew.
My poetry has been translated into several languages: English, Hebrew, French, Italian, Rumanian, Serb, Chinese, Portuguese, Mixteca, German and Swedish.
I'm widely anthologized and translated and won several international Poetry awards
Teaching and coordinating experience
I'm widely experienced in teaching Art and Spanish Language and Literature for more than 35 years in Israel. I taught for more than 30 years at the university and hold an academic award of teaching excelency.
As an expressive arts coach my aim is to share my artistic path with others, to enable a full and mindful life focused at the present moment.

I have been running workshops on Creative Writing and Art for the last 25 years, oriented to different age groups, from teens and adults up to senior citizens. My unique syllabus enables everyone fulfill her dream and become a vibrant visual artist and accomplished writer.
Since my student days I have been coordinating children, teens and adult groups as an art instructor- in the frame of the Jerusalem Municipality- and as a community organizer.
I've been volunteering in a center that helps undocumented foreign workers.
I coordinated a group of South American immigrants and I teach them Communicative Hebrew in the framework of the Jewish Reformist Community. Most rewarding experience.
