I was born in Argentina in 1952 and emigrated to Israel in 1972 .
I hold a degree in Spanish and Latin-American Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Graduate Certificate in Librarianship from Haifa University
M.Ed. degree on Linguistic Education in Multicultural Societies at the Levinsky College of Education , focusing my research project on Israeli social cyberdiscourse about the relationships between civility and the IAF.
I’m deeply interested in non-hegemonical literature- mainly present poetry.
For the last two decades, I have been studying Taoism and Buddhism and became a Meditation and Qigong practitioner and teacher. I traveled to India and learned Buddhist Sacred painting. I practice and learn Japanese painting, Sumi- e and write haiku and my own free poetry.
I live in Rehovot, Israel .
Art
I am an active artist. I search through my art spiritual paths. I'm deeply committed to the human figure and for the last three decades, I've been working on the women's image in Earth's Cultures.
I had many shows- more than 40 solo and group- and illustrate poetry and narrative books and literary reviews.
I have issued a new project which I call The Goddess Embrace : I produce collages that generate poems. The process is revealing and it takes the inverse way I usually go as an illustrator .
I have been working on a series of works on Telenovelas- Hispanic soap operas- as the trigger of a wider question on love stories. Stemming from this, I have written a series of poems- both in Spanish and English. Through my reading of love stories, I reflect upon postmodernism, virtuality, the shelter of impossibility and other possible worlds.
I am deeply focused on the Migration and Multicultural dialogue both in my poetry, my art and my literary research.
I was the co-founder of Arteria, a group of Israeli artists born in Latin America.
Presently I am painting watercolors and gouache in Indian Traditional textile arts.
Simultaneously, I am documenting the urban scenes I meet in my own town and the edge between soil and concrete- both in art and poetry writing. The overall idea is grasping the world at the best of the human race through traditional arts and yet, trying to leave a mark of my own humble invisible steps in a local realm.
Poetry
I was the President of the Israeli Association of Spanish Writers.
I write Poetry- widely published and anthologized throughout the three Americas ,
Europe and Israel .-. I have written 10 Poetry books in Spanish .
My poetry has been translated into several languages: English, Hebrew, French, Italian, Rumanian, Serb, Chinese, Portuguese, Mixteca, German and Swedish.

Teaching and coordinating experience
I'm widely experienced in teaching Spanish Language and Literature for more than 25 years in Israel
For the last eight years I have been the Spanish Coordinator and teacher in our town high school.
I love my job and I think it has been one of the best choices in my life.
As this is my calling, along with art, I aim to share this path with others, in order to live fully and mindfully the present moment .
Social involvement
As an expressive arts facilitator:
I have been running workshops of Creative Writing and Art through the last 15 years, oriented to different age groups, from teens and adults up to elderly.
My approach integrates reading – poetry, narrative, non- fiction, drama – together with writing. It enables the attendants to widen their horizon.
- In the program of Community development and Cooperative Studies, offered to social and community workers coming from Latin America, Asia and Africa - in the framework of Leadership Training for Rural Community Development, offered by the Israeli Foreign Office-.
Since my student days I have been coordinating children , teen and student groups as an art instructor- in the frame of the Jerusalem Municipality-
I'm involved in human rights activities, as I believe in peace and dialogue and the core contribution of women in this.
I've been volunteering in a center that helps undocumented foreign workers
Currently I coordinate a group of South American immigrants and I teach them Communicative Hebrew in the framework of the Jewish Reformist Community. Most rewarding experience.
I've been volunteering at the Jewish Reformist Community coordinating a Latin American group of new immigrants, absolutely gratifiying.
I volunteered in Enoch Nes Tziona, coordinating a group in creative workshops – involving self-expression both visually and verbally.-

He iniciado un camino espiritual a traves de una reflexion sobre el proceso creativo y recientemente he iniciado estudios formales de Budismo en el marco de un curso para formacion de maestros de Meditacion budista.

Poeta en español y hebreo y traductora. Artista plástica e ilustradora.
Publicada, premiada, antologada y traducida al inglés, hebreo, francés, portugués, italiano, alemán , mixteca y sueco. Autora de catorce poemarios que publico en internet, para el acceso de todos los lectores en español: Anfibia, Cuerpo mediterráneo, Monólogo en la arena, Libro de las horas lejanas, Body Art, Revisión de los amores, El abrazo de la diosa , Rios y penumbras, Homenaje a la caligrafia efimera, Zona, Movilizacion, Secuencias, Pausa y Paradero. Asimismo soy autora de dos poemarios en hebreo, inéditos: Orillas y Antes del viaje.
En mi escritura reflejo las voces de un mandala interior en busca de armonía y equilibrio como única supervivencia posible en este Medio Oriente excesivo, encandilante y luctuoso.
Estudié Arte en la Academia de Bellas Artes de Florencia, Italia y en talleres de notables maestros en Israel como Iosef Hirsh, Dan Kriger y Aharon April. Ahora estoy aprendiendo caligrafia japonesa con el master zen japonés Ishii Katsuo.
He participado en numerosas exposiciones de dibujo, grabado, collage y pintura en Israel y en el extranjero.
Soy ilustradora de textos literarios, miembro de la Asociación Israelí de Ilustradores.
Soy socia fundadora de Arteria, colectivo de pintores israelíes de origen latinoamericano.
En mi trabajo pictórico presente reflejo un camino espiritual .Acuarelas, pastel, lápiz, collages y acrílicos que revelan un camino interior y silencioso hacia lo esencial , renunciando a la anécdota y al virtuosismo.
Trabajo en collages y acrílicos que dialogan con textos sagrados del cristianismo, budismo, judaísmo y budismo como así también de mitologías antiguas .
Indago la figura humana y especialmente el cuerpo femenino como paisaje y escenario del dolor y la plenitud.
Dirijo talleres de escritura, artes plásticas y desbloqueo creativo. Las vivencias en el curso se focalizan en el estímulo del hemisferio cerebral derecho y en el "journaling". Mi enfoque se basa en la escritura y la expresion plástica como medio para el autodescubrimiento y la potencialización de nuestras capacidades, especialmente en colectivos de mujeres.
Fui Presidenta de la Asociación Israelí de Escritores en Castellano.
Trabajo en proyectos de voluntariado especialmente en el tema de la inmigración documentada e indocumentada
Entre mis proyectos : la creación de una colección permanente de testimonios de memoria y migración y el primer centro internacional de traduccion literaria reciproca (ver blogs).

השתתפתי במעל 30 תערוכות בארץ ובחול ועבודותיי מוצגות בישראל, פורטוגל, קנדה, מקסיקו, ארה"ב , ספרד, ארה"ב, גרמניה, הולנד וארגנטינה.

אני עובדת ברישום במונוכרום בעפרון, דיו שחור, אקריליק ובצבע מים, פסטל רך, אקריליק, פנדה, רישום בעפרון, קולג' וטכניקות מעורבות שונות ובעבודות נייר יפאני.
פרוייקטים אמנותיים
הנושאים בהם אני מתמקדת הם דמות האישה, דיוקן האישה בתרבויות האדמה, חיפוש אחרי האלה,. הנוף הסביבתי כמיקרוקוסמוס המשקף את המאקרוקוסמוס. הגוף כמקום וכהתרחשות, כמנדאלה המכיל גם השמחה וגם הכאב. מעסיק אותי היחס בין ה"יש" ל"אין" כמרחב ויזואלי וגם כתפיסת עולם.
אני חברה פעילה בארטריה, קבוצת אמנים ישראלים ממוצא לטינואמריקאי.
חברה באגודת המאיירים בישראל.
אני מאיירת לרוב טקסטים ספרותיים, בעיקר ספרי שירה בחו"ל.
פעילות ספרותית
שירתי בספרדית מתורגמת ומתפרסמת ברחבי העולם. זכיתי בפרסי ספרות רבים בחו"ל. חיברתי 13 ספרי שירה בספרדית.
אני מתרגמת שירה ויוזמת פרויקטים לתרגום ספרות הדדי חובקי עולם.
אני מורה לשפה וספרות ספרדית וכן מנחה לכתיבה יוצרת ויצירה חזותית.
תושבת נס ציונה מזה כ-6 שנים והאם הגאה מאוד של דניאלה, אמנית פלאסטית, מלחינה ומפיקה מוזיקאלית ומורה בחסד ושל יונתן, מוזיקאי ומשורר בזכות עצמו.
מסלול אל השלמות דרך האמנות
מקור ההשראה הראשון במעלה עבורי הוא תפיסת העולם הזן בודהיסטית, לפיה ה"ריק", וה"אין" מכילים את
כל ההוויה. נקודת המוצא לעבודות היא המנדאלה, העיגול המכיל את כל מה שאנחנו, תחושותינו,
חלומותינו, האכזבות, היופי, הפחד, השמחה והמחול המחבק אותנו ונעה תמיד אל האופק.
